Chester City owner no longer fit and proper

Chester City owner no longer fit and proper - euFootball.BIZ - football (soccer) business news

The owner of English Chester City Football Club, Stephen Vaughan has been disqualified as club owner and must reduce his shareholding.

Vaughan was connected with a GBP 500,000 VAT fraud case, and has been deemed ineligible for any position as acting director of any business for the next ten years.

and somehow Thaksin Shinawatra wasn't blocked. I mean VAT fraud is serious and the ban is for business reasons and I agree 100%. However, Thaksin Shinawatra raped babies (allegedly) which seems super serious and he was allowed to own Man City. Not to beat a broken drum, but this wouldn't happen to a Premiership Club...or even a club in the football league

Cheese eating surrender monkey conspiracy

Seriously?

When the match went to extra time, I was wondering if there would be some last minute rule change from FIFA to go golden goal so France could win without playing the full 30. Instead the official ignored 2 blatant handballs (FROM AN OFFSIDES POSITION)

Fuck that noise.

The Sun: 40 years of hate mongering

This video has been making the rounds on twitter. I wish people would stop seeing this as a Liverpool issue. It's a football issue. The footballers who took part in this ad should be ashamed. It's symptomatic of the Anti Football bias in the media (as well as the Anti-Northern Bias). This could have happened to any group of fans at any game. It could have been anyone else sold out for money for the lies in that headline. However, people keep focusing on one small area of the world.
